At the Kansas Pharmacy, we offer a generic drug savings program, called Rx Saver, that is competitive and more comprehensive than the Wal-Mart $4 Generic Prescription List and the Walgreens Prescription Savings Club.
If you are curious if your prescription qualifies for this program or if your prescription can be switched to a generic version that can provide significant savings through this program, please come by or give us a call at (918) 868-6162.

Compounding Pharmacy Services
Compounding medications is the pharmacy practice of combining pure chemicals to create one-of-a-kind medications specific to doctor-prescribed dosages and formulations. Staff members at Catoosa Family Pharmacy have extensive training to mix, prepare and package customized medications to assist with a variety of special needs.
Our pharmacists may compound prescription medications to:
Provide unique formulations for pain relief or homrone replacement
Change the dosage form to one that's easier to take. For example, we can create a liquid suspension for a child who has trouble swallowing capsules or tablets
Create patient-specific dosages to accommodate special dosage needs or match a particular patient's weight and size
Develop allergy-free formulations, change or remove inactive ingredients such as preservatives, dyes or lactose
Work with veterinarians to compound medications for your pets
Even though most infants and toddlers have received all recommended vaccines by age 2, many under-immunized children remain, leaving the potential for outbreaks of disease. Many adolescents and adults are under-immunized as well, missing opportunities to protect themselves against diseases such as Hepatitis B, influenza, and pneumococcal disease.
Kansas Pharmacy healthcare professionals can administer a wide range of CDC-recommended immunizations for children, adults, and seniors. Primary immunizations include:
Seasonal Flu Shots (influenza)
Shingles Shot (Herpes Zoster)
We are capable of providing a host of other immunizations. However, we may not keep everything on hand. Please check with us about specific immunization needs. Most of our immunization services are for adults, but we can do flu shots for children 4 and up. Since most childhood immunizations are normally covered by pediatrician services, we normally don't administer those.
Diabetic Testing Supplies
Kansas Pharmacy stocks a full line of diabetic testing supplies. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare, Medicare Supplement Plans, and Medicaid.
We are always happy to help you with any questions you may have regarding diabetic supplies and home medical equipment. Just stop by, call 918-868-6162, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org anytime.
